We’re looking for a talented and passionate DevOps team lead to lead and grow a team of talented DevOps engineers in LoadRunner Cloud.

If you are a DevOps Engineer with a hands-on experience in complex high scale production environments and cloud technologies and you have experience in leading people – this is your opportunity to be a significant influencer in a market leader product.

Responsibilities:

-Build state of the art solutions for our production platform

-Work with other R&D teams on mutual projects

-Be responsible for the smooth production-grade execution of provided solutions

-Provide support and guidance to dev teams on using the underlying infrastructure

-Managing requests and priorities from multiple teams

-Work with developers to identify and resolve build or deployment problems

-Innovate & strive to advance with the industry, continue to improve quality and efficiency of the build and deployment process

Requirements:

-Experience with a major cloud environment on AWS

-Experience with microservices architectures and its automation tools

-Strong knowledge in software development methodologies and passion for creating high-standard toolsets for infrastructure-as-code

-Strong interpersonal, teamwork and collaboration skills

-Managerial experience - ability to lead, mentor and drive people

-Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
