The Role
Moovit’s trip planning and algorithms team is expanding and we are looking for a talented and enthusiastic senior developer to join us in developing algorithms that directly influence urban mobility, and the daily lives of hundreds of millions of people.
As a senior developer in the algorithms team you will take a part in the full life-cycle of Moovit’s core algorithms, taking your solutions from prototype to production.
Requirements
3+ years of software development experience in java or equivalent strongly typed programming language.
BSc/MSc (Phd a plus) in CS/EE/Math/Physics.
At least 5 years Java experience.
Innovative thinker with strong analytical capabilities.
Strong software development and design skills.
Ability to take a problem from research through design, implementation and performance analysis.
Experience with the graph algorithms is an advantage.
Able to work independently and as a team member.
