Responsibilities
- Manage all lifecycle stages for a product
- Translate product strategy into detailed requirements
- Lead engineering scrum teams, as Product Owner, to deliver with optimal time-to-market, quality, and resources
- Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact
- Collect and analyze feedback from customers, support, and other stakeholders to shape requirements
- Drive product launches along with marketing, sales, and other product and project managers
- Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new creative ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth
- Participate in the development and formation of the product’s strategy and roadmap, by performing market research and interacting with customers, prospects, partners, and sales personnel
- Serve as an in-house expert for our product and become the go-to person for all functional issues
Requirements
- Minimum of 4+ years’ experience as a Product Manager
- Proven experience in B2B product management, both inbound and outbound
- Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle
- Solid hands-on experience in software development
- Experience in engineering management (team leader/group leader) – a big advantage
- Experience with one or more of: security, IT administration, big data, analytics, DevOps - advantage
- Hands-on experience with a public cloud provider (e.g. - - Azure, GCP, AWS) - advantage
- Worked in an Agile environment (SCRUM). Advantage
- Team player with excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to present and analyze technical information and strategies
- The ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic business environment with cross-functional teams
