Join our R&D leadership and help us build the future! We are looking for a strong technical manager to lead the embedded group. You will report to the VP R&D and be a member of the R&D staff.
Must:
• B.Sc. in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering
• At least 15 years of R&D experience as real time developer
• At least 5 years of experience in managing/leading R&D teams
• At least 2 years of experience in managing managers.
• Vast experience with Real time/Embedded SW development and Linux
• Vast experience in, C, C++ and very good technical skills. • Deep understanding of Complex systems architecture. (HW&SW)
• Experience in Security products development is a great advantage
• Ability to manage few teams working on several projects • Can do and a problem solver attitude
