What You'll Do:

Manage 3-5 QA engineers, each work tightly with a different development team
Be able to review the QA engineers’ work and to help them where needed – be ready to be hands-on!
Guide and mentor the QA engineers for ongoing improvement and use of correct tools and methodologies
Make sure the team is meeting the quality standards and KPIs as will be decided in Via QA
Be a key stakeholder and decision maker in product design, release activities and methodology definitions
Work closely with Dev TLs to achieve a mutual quality culture and high quality product development
Push for automation wherever applicable, work with automation engineers to help your QA engineers automate their tests with the correct tools

Who You Are:

3+ years of experience in QA, at least 1 year as a QA TL
Strong leadership capabilities
Excellent understanding of QA methodologies and processes
Strong logical thinking and details oriented
Ability to comprehend and analyze complex systems
Excellent interpersonal skills and people management abilities
Taking ownership end to end
Experienced with Agile methodologies
Good familiarity with automation solutions and tools
Experience with Python - an advantage
Experience with SQL- an advantage
Highly independent, passionate, self-motivated and autodidact
