In this role, you have the opportunity to be responsible for the platform design of IT infrastructure and systems within a complex and advanced environment.

You are responsible for

Evaluating new technologies, analyzing system-level needs, and translating them into product and engineering requirements, while supporting non-R&D functions to define product requirements.
Developing Platform design, and deployment strategy, defining reliability targets and providing sizing guidelines.
Providing hardware configuration approval for implementations.
Product support and management: preparations, installations, troubleshooting, support, feedback analysis, reliability analysis, and follow up.

Philips Image Management solution provides a complete and scalable local and wide-area Picture Archiving and Communication System (PACS) solutions for hospitals and related institutions/sites, which will archive, distribute, retrieve, and display images and data from hospital modalities and information systems.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

Bachelor’s degree in any engineering discipline
At least 5 years as IT Expert or Architect

Strong Hands-on experience
Vast experience in physical and virtualized systems VMware installation, management, and implementation.
Experience in networking, storage solutions, virtualization
Experience in windows-based platforms
Experience with requirement documents such as BOM, system test documents, traceability matrix, etc.
Experience in the product development cycle of multidisciplinary systems
Fluency in architecture and design across all systems
Ability to work with multisite teams
Excellent communication and documentation skills

Experience with PowerShell
Experience with vRealize & vCloud Suite
Experience in medical imaging systems
Experience with Cloud Technology - Amazon, Azure
