Reporting line: CEO, part of the management executive team
Scope: Full time, willingness to travel to US on an ongoing basis
Key Responsibilities
You will hold a key strategic position as the leader of the company products and its roadmap, making sure that all relevant stakeholders are aligned and onboard in terms of business and value propositions, procedures, features, data. You and your team of professionals, will support the presale phases and will represent the customer’s voice within the company.
What will you do:
Own the entire product life cycle - from inception through development and launch and all the way to the product’s end of life
Responsible for product delivery - software, hardware, etc.
Build, develop and implement the product strategy and short-term and long-term roadmap
Lead the product teams
Identify and represent market and technology trends in addition to the customer’s voice, while defining the roadmap and product scopePartner with global teams of R&D, marketing, operations, sales, and finance stakeholders to ensure solutions meet the defined business objectives
Work closely with the R&D teams to develop and deliver value to customers.
Meet with customers and prospects to identify their needs and pain points
Lead, manage and develop the Product lifecycle management from concept to launch of the product(s), including building detailed PRDs
Develop competitive analysis and metrics
What you need to bring to the table:At least 10 years of experience in Product Management
At least 5 years as a leader of product teams
At least 2 years working for a start-up in product roles
Significant experience in productizing complex, multi disciplinary products
A deep understanding of the lean and agile mindset
Academic degree, preferred with technical orientationExcellent English
