The Integration team, consistently creating a positive onboarding experience for our customers. We support them throughout the process, from initial set up to ongoing production support. We are comprised of people who are both tech-savvy and business-oriented, combining the best of both worlds to ensure an effective and seamless experience.
You will:
Support our Enterprise-level clients and internal departments with technical onboarding/integration to our systems.
Provide continuous technical support from coding to infrastructure, including: troubleshooting, investigating error messages, assisting in solving coding issues, and providing resolutions for system failures.
Collaborate closely with internal departments including Development, IT, Implementations, Operations, and Relationship Management.
Work closely with teams in the US (East to West Coast).
