yad2 is looking for DevOps Engineer to join our DevOps team as a Team Leader.

What you'll be doing:
▹ Lead and mentor a team of 4 DevOps Engineers.
▹ Assist in defining the vision for DevOps by partnering with development and infrastructure teams across the organization.
▹ Apply a deep understanding of cloud engineering and promote DevOps best practices and culture.
▹ Build and operate Kubernetes environments.
▹ Maintain an effective and sustainable approach to work within the team.
▹ Work closely with the development and product teams.
▹ Hands-on capacity is up to you (flexible).

What we're looking for:
▹ Experience of 3+ years as a DevOps Engineer/SRE working in cloud environments and Kubernetes - a must.
▹ Experience in mentoring team members - a must.
▹ Experience as a team lead - an advantage.
▹ Experience working with AWS, Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, GitOps, Microservices, Serverless.
▹ Deep knowledge and experience with popular monitoring tools such as Prometheus.
▹ Ability to drive and mentor a team.
▹ Someone who is an autodidact, problem solver with excellent communication skills.

Job location: Haifa (near Merkazit Hamifratz). Working Hybrid.
