Job Description:
Kyndryl Israel is Looking for CISO and experienced security implementor

The security implementor will be part of the delivery team that will implement “Fast Lanes” innovative transportation project as a member of Kyndryl cybersecurity practice.
The CISO role will be responsible for guiding security portfolio, working with customers, guiding on how to increase their security posture, and providing full scale of security solutions. In addition, this role will be focused on all aspects of Cyber Security, Application Security, Infrastructure Security, Container Security, and Compliance.

Responsibilities
Provide leadership of Cyber Security as soul authority for “Fast Lanes” project.
Create a tailored security plan and policies.
Develop methodologies to be implemented of organization level.
Deployment and implementation of cyber security suit of NGFW/UTM, EDR, NGAV, SIEM, PAM, PKI, email security, WAF, NAC, DB FW, endpoint compliance.
Leading deploying CSOC (Cyber Security Operational Center) from scratch.
Perform Risk analysis on customers’ environments, determine needed security solutions, and manage the residual risk.
Research and advocate for new security solutions and technologies as part of CISO guiding.
Implement cybersecurity best practices.
Ability to build strong relationships and influence decisions with internal and external stakeholders.
Required Technical and Professional Experience
Position Requirements:

5 years of experience as cyber security implementation in a company of 500+ users.
CISO valid certification.
Hands-on experience in implementation of FortiNet products.
Exceptionally self-motivated, directed and detail-oriented with a strong sense of ownership.
Experience in designing end-to-end information security circles include interfaces awareness.
Deep knowledge of communication networks, servers and endpoints.
Managerial experience - advantage.
Excellent understanding of security standards and best practices e.g. ISO27001.
Demonstrated knowledge of recognized security industry standards GDPR, NIST etc.
Fluent in Hebrew and English (written and verbal).
