yad2 is looking for a strong, tech and data-driven Head of Product to join our product team.

In this role, you will be responsible for the product vision,
you will define and deliver the product's strategy and also be managing the team.

Key Responsibilities:
• Define vision, roadmap and KPIs within a cross-functional team of product, development and data.
• Lead a product team to deliver exceptional results: guide, present challenges, trust and allow the teams to determine how to deliver what you require.
• Work alongside development teams to shape the long-term vision.
• Deliver key initiatives to meet the business objectives.
• Perform user research and use business data to inform new ideas and optimization.
• Be the voice of the customer and build strong relationships with key stakeholders to effectively represent customer needs.

Requirements:
• At least 3 years of proven Digital Product Management experience - a must.
• Approximately 2 years of leadership experience in an international environment and across multiple sites.
• Knowledge and understanding of business and technology.
• Skilled at working effectively with cross-functional teams in a matrix organization.
• Strong analytical, strategic and coordinating skills.
• Problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job done.
• Excellent managerial and team-building abilities while ensuring every team member performs to the highest standards and grows as a professional.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
