yad2's new business venture is looking for a PMO to join the team.
In this role, you will be in charge of coordinating people and processes to ensure that the projects are delivered on time and produce the desired results.
You will be the go-to person for everything involving the venture’s work plan organization and timeline.
What are your responsibilities?
• Creating supporting work plans (with sufficient detail and tracking mechanisms).
• Implementing aspects of the work plans to ensure achievements.
• Identification of issues and concerns, developing fact-based solutions and ensuring work plan integration.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of the overall business plan.
• Ensure that efforts are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
• Ensure resource availability and allocation.
• Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.
• Report the project's processes and results to management.
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
What we are looking for?
• At least 5 years of experience as a PMO - a must.
• Experience as a core startup team member or in a Fintech company - a significant advantage.
• High proficiency in English - a must.
• Experience with project management tools and business management software (e.g. Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
• Proficient at managing time and resources.
• Budgetary and management skills.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Capable of managing crises as and when they arise.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
