About the role:
We’re looking for a self-motivated, innovative, and results-driven person, with a passion for marketing, user experience, and optimization. As our sole marketing operations manager you will have a pivotal impact on Swimm’s success designing and implementing core infrastructure while also helping drive user lifecycle value.
As Swimm’s Marketing Operations Manager, some of your responsibilities include the following:
Oversee the day-to-day implementation, management and optimization of our marketing tech stack, including Salesforce and Hubspot.
Evaluate new vendors and processes to make our ops processes and tech stack something you are proud to share with your ops friends and a revenue generator for the company.
Integrate multiple platforms and tools to provide seamless data flow and effective information sharing across different teams.
Support sales and marketing alignment through effective CRM strategies, leveraging Salesforce to enhance communication and data sharing.
Develop and manage automation processes in Hubspot to improve efficiency in marketing campaigns and lead generation activities.
Maintain a high data quality standard in Salesforce and Hubspot, including data cleansing and deduplication efforts.
Implement effective tracking systems to measure marketing campaign success, customer behavior, and sales team performance.
Develop and maintain detailed dashboards and reports to provide insights to stakeholders, supporting data-driven decision making.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Sales, and Customer Success) to align marketing operations with both PLG and sales led GTM strategies
Support marketing team in audience segmentation, list management, and personalized messaging within our core systems.
Your qualifications and experience:
3+ years of experience in marketing operations in a SaaS company.
Project management skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Understanding of email best practices for email creatives, templates, KPIs, segmentation, dynamic content, and testing methodologies.
Experience with marketing automation platforms such as Hubspot or Marketo.
Experience working with Salesforce.
Experience working with marketing analytics, working with large sets of data and numbers.
Analytical mind, with the ability to make data-driven recommendations.
